We missed the satay we ate in Indonesia: small, tender pieces of meat, perfectly grilled, and with homemade sauces. So we decided to take action and start Satay Club. A restaurant that is all about authentic Indonesian satay.
In search of the perfect recipes, we went to Java, where we were met our friend: Javanese chef Santoso. Santoso led us to all the places we should eat satay, but it turned out he had the key to our perfect recipes himself.
